What we do

Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing for a specific project, Monarch retains ownership of pre existing tools, pipelines, and know how. Deliverables for clients are licensed or assigned as set out in the proposal or statement of work for that engagement.
Third party game assets, engine constraints, and platform rules (including Bohemia and Steam Workshop policies) apply to modding and server work. Clients are responsible for ensuring their server and community use complies with applicable platform terms.
Disputes and payments
Commissioned work is governed by the terms agreed at scoping. Chargebacks are not permitted for completed work that was delivered as scoped. If there is a problem with a delivery, contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
